Terms of service

1. Membership

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 or over. One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred.

2. Credits

Credits are an internal accounting unit and have no cash value. Credits are earned through verified visits to your coop link and are spent when your adverts are displayed. Credits are not refundable, redeemable or transferable.

3. Acceptable adverts

Pages submitted to the rotation must load without malware, must not open pop-up windows or force downloads, must not contain adult, hateful or illegal material, and must not attempt to break out of the rotation frame or redirect automatically.

4. Traffic quality

Members must not generate visits using automated software, auto surf or passive surf exchanges, proxy farms, incentivised clicking or any other artificial means. The co-op operates bot filtering, duplicate detection, and may withhold credits from any visit it judges to be artificial.

5. Enforcement

The administration team may pause a site, suspend an account or remove a member entirely where these terms are broken. Credits held by a removed account are forfeited.

6. Availability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. No guarantee is made about the volume, source or commercial outcome of the traffic received.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the co-op after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
