Refund window

Upgrades and credit packages can be refunded within 14 days of purchase provided fewer than 100 of the purchased credits have been spent and no rule enforcement action is open on the account.

How to request

Send a request through the contact form with the purchase date and your coop code. Requests are answered within two working days and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days.

What is not refundable

• Credits already spent on displayed adverts
• Purchases on accounts suspended for artificial traffic or spam
• Purchases older than 14 days
• Referral commissions already paid out to another member

Effect of a refund

A refunded upgrade returns the account to free membership limits. Sites over the free limit are paused rather than deleted so they can be reactivated later.
