| Does it cost anything to join? | No. A free account gives you a coop link, 5 sites and 500 starter credits once you confirm your email address. Upgrading is optional and is billed monthly. |
| Where should I promote my coop link? | Anywhere you already advertise: manual traffic exchanges, list mailers, safelists, forum signatures, banner networks and social profiles. Do not use unsolicited email, and do not use auto surf or passive surf exchanges. |
| Why was a visit not credited? | The most common reasons are a bot user agent or a repeat visit from the same fingerprint inside 24 hours. Your visit log shows the exact reason for each hit. |
| How many credits does a view cost? | One credit buys one completed view of one of your pages. |
| Can I earn credits by surfing? | Surfing shows other members' adverts and spends their credits. You earn credits by sending real visitors to your own coop link. |
| What happens if I break the rules? | Accounts that generate artificial traffic are suspended. Suspended accounts keep their credit history but stop earning and stop being shown in the rotation. |
| Do credits expire? | No. Credits stay on your account until they are spent on views. |
| Can I change my sites later? | Yes. Sites can be added, paused or removed at any time from the My sites page in your member area. |
